This design is tickling me in a good way. But I practically just got the first edition. (Yeah, I was a little late on that one.)
The cover image looks familiar: Was it used for a collection of celebrity-oriented drawings? Something that never made it to American release? Perhaps the basis for the extended edition?
It was the cover for a book called Pop!, a collection of drawings, published in Norway, but available on the net. And yes, it will be included in this edition.
