RIP, Joe Matt

  1. Yeah, that was a huge bummer when I heard. Joe was really good friends with my brother, so I had the pleasure of hanging out with Joe a few times (even having Thanksgiving dinner with him one year) and catching a movie at the theater here and there. I'll miss his exuberance at finding a great deal in the Amoeba Records used book section, discovering a new way to save a buck or two, or his contemplating opening or leaving wrapped his Star Trek the Original Series Blu-ray set. RIP Joe.

    1. He will be missed for sure. And we'll never get that book about his LA years. I will have to re-read my old Peepshow issues.
