Does this video make use of a dolly shot? I'm not certain. But it reminded me of watching the film ‘Primer’, where a certain type of dolly shot, or variation thereof, was a topic of discussion.

I got more curious about Juliette Greco from reading Left Bank and started listening to her music. What I like is the pure Frenchness of it. That accordion! I assume that period must have been an inspiration for the Amelie soundtrack.
