Great interview! I saw your book was available at San Diego Comic Con but I had already pre-ordered it some time ago, so thought it would be arriving at normal retailers soon enough. Little did I realize that was an early release for the show only and that it won't be available for another month and a half! Oh well, I suppose I've waited this long...
Thanks to Peter Birkemoe bringing it back from SDCC, I got my hands on a copy last week. I'm pacing my way through it--reading slowly, so as to savour it. It is--unsurprisingly--exceptionally wonderful. Top drawer as always, Jason!

ReplyDeleteInformative and educative.
Loved the fact that there are some people who still talk about Bresson.
Bresson was a master filmmaker. I especially like A Man Escaped and Pickpocket.
DeleteAgreed.pickpocket & balthazaar were my favourite Bresson films.
DeleteA man escaped also is a fine film.
