I don't split it up into sketching, penciling and then inking. I do it all at the same time, pencil a bit and then ink it. So mid process I have lots of pages in different stages. And some are lettered, some are not. It looks like complete chaos. But this has become the way I work. It's not necessarily a method I would recommend.
